One type of rhinoplasty procedure that is often necessary for nasal correction is known as septoplasty. Septoplasty surgery is used to correct aspects of the nasal septum.
The nasal septum is vertically oriented and found in the center of the nose, separating the nostrils. It is composed of bone and cartilage.
When a person’s septum is misaligned or misshapen, this can impact their airflow and thus their ability to breathe unimpeded. It can also cause one’s nose to look malformed. With septoplasty, proper breathing and appearance can be restored.
If you are interested in a complimentary septoplasty consultation, contact our office. When you speak with experienced double-board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Geoffrey Keyes, you’ll be able to ask any questions you may have and will be able to get started with surgical planning.
Facial fat grafting is a revolutionary procedure in which lines and wrinkles are filled using a patient’s own fat cells. This procedure involves the use of liposuction to harvest fat cells for injection.
For facial fat grafting, your plastic surgeon will harvest these fat cells from regions where there is excess stubborn fat. Popular areas for this include the thighs, upper arms, and abdomen. After fat cells are harvested, the regions will be smaller, giving you more attractive contours.
If you would like to find out more about facial fat grafting and the harvesting technique that we employ, schedule a complimentary consultation with our office. Double-board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Geoffrey Keyes will explain these in greater detail. Contact us today to get started!

Having excess fat on the abdomen, buttocks, arms, hips, breasts, thighs, or back can make a person feel out of shape and embarrassed in social situations. Latisse is a topical prescription medication used to regrow lashes that are looking thin, short, and pale. With this treatment, your eyelashes can be full, dark, and thick once again!
To apply Latisse to your upper eyelids, first hold the sterile Latisse applicator horizontally. Place a single drop of the medication near the applicator’s tip, then use it to spread the drop on one upper eyelid, right above the lash line; start near the nose and spread outward.
Repeat this process with another drop for your other eyelid. No more than one drop should be used per lid, and only the upper eyelids should be treated.
Dr. Geoffrey Keyes, a skilled double-board-certified plastic surgeon, can tell you more about how and when to apply Latisse eyelash medication during a complimentary consultation. Contact our office to arrange a consultation.
